The Colle Moro villas were built for family use, so the rooms are not all alike; some have the privilege of a private balcony, some other have en suite bathroom, one is larger, another is brighter..... but they were all designed to give each member of the family a nice place to relax.
Being a guest in our B&B is not like staying in a hotel: you'll have the pleasure of enjoying the atmosphere of a lived-in house and sharing with resident people the everyday life. To be welcomed with the care reserved to a guest entering our home is something beyond the usual parameters, it's what makes the difference.
Accomodation in double room, with 2 single beds or 1 double bed, is:

A single person in a double room enjoys a 40% reduction.
An extra small bed for a child (120 centimetres) in the bedroom is € 15 per night.
The price (per room) includes: breakfast, daily cleaning, change of sheets every 3 days.
The Self Catering Apartment
The "Nonna Dilisca Apartment" is rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday (check in after 6pm. – check out before 10am.) and the price includes gas and electricity supply and full cleaning after checking out. Heating – when needed – is € 10,00 per day.
No service is provided during the week, but if you feel like indulge yourself, you can book breakfast at the B&B with just a small extra.

Meetings & Gatherings
The use of the reception room for meetings is for daily hours only, not before midday and not after 8.p.m. The price is € 350 and includes a small buffet with tea, coffee and assorted biscuits. More elaborate buffets can be organized on request.
