In Colle Moro Resort the pleasure of hospitality, the art of making you
feel at ease in our home is an old tradition. In our rooms is still possible to
experience the family atmosphere of a lived in house: books on shelves, photographs
albums, the CD and LP collection, the library with its precious volumes…the difference between a home and an hotel.
Colle Moro Resort can offer hospitality in various combinations :
B&B “ Villa Maria “ and B&B “ I Tre Ciliegi “ are two adjoining villas connected by a covered passage. The overall feeling of preserved traditions, old tales and sincere love of hospitality is the result of the combined efforts and lifelong experiences of Signora Maria and her son Andrea. In the comfortable rooms you can enjoy a warm family atmosphere and all the leisure of life in a country villa, away from traffic and city noise. Verandas and balconies are there to offer precious moments of relax, surrounded by luxuriant gardens, where it is not unusual to catch a glimpse of the hoopoe feeding on the lawns.
In the villas is still possible to share the family atmosphere of a lived in house: books on shelves, photographs albums, the CD and LP collection, the library with its precious volumes…the difference between a home and an hotel.
The two villas offer double and single rooms, plus a big triple, all en-suite. Every room is equipped with Tv set, ceiling fan, mosquito curtains, and nicely furnished. Not one room is similar to another.

We can also offer two suites, each suite composed of 2 rooms sharing a bathroom and private wide terrace with a view of the Adriatic Sea. This is an ideal solution for families or friends, especially for longer stays during summer holidays…You can wake up hearing blackbirds whistling and enjoy the view of Adriatic Sea, Gran Sasso and Majella mountains from the balcony.
Breakfast is especially inviting…we offer homemade products absolutely genuine and fresh, grown in our own farm or in other local establishments. You can choose from coffee, barley coffee, a wide selection of teas (black and green) and herb teas…and also milk, yogurt, iced tea, juices – bottled and freshly squeezed when in season…in the summer our Indian fig (prickly pear) juice is very appreciated. And again…homemade pies and pastries, cookies, waffles, various kinds of bread and toast, butter and our homemade jams – 10 types at least, all of them absolutely genuine and without preservatives of any kind - a choice of cereals and fresh and dried fruit…

The “Nonna Delisca” is named after the old lady who lived there for many years and for whom it was designed. It is a 65 sq. metres ground floor apartment, with independent entrance, on the south east side of the villa. It is perfect for 2 people or a family of four. It has 3 rooms: one bedroom with double bed and a bathroom, a living room with double sofa bed and a fireplace, a kitchen-dining room equipped with dining table and 4 chairs, a cooker with 4 burners and oven, fridge, dishwasher. All rooms have French windows to the patio and veranda overlooking the gardens.

The Nonna Delisca apartment is bright and quiet, cosy and practical, fully equipped with kitchenware, table linen, dishes, china and glassware, bed linen and towels, (weekly change). It is rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday (check in after 6 pm. , check out before 10 am.); the price includes gas and electricity supply (except heating) and full cleaning after checking out. No service is provided during the week, but if you feel like indulge yourself, you can book breakfast at the B&B with just a small extra.
