In Colle Moro Resort the pleasure of hospitality and the art to make you feel at ease in our home are part of an ancient tradition. The welcoming attitude expecting you, made of courtesy and intimacy, will be able to cross the limit of kindness without passing that of intrusiveness.

The lounges, with armchairs next to the fireplace, the collections of disks, musical instruments, the precious monographs in the library will offer you enjoyable moments of sharing. On the porches and in the gardens, equipped with tables, armchairs, camp beds, hammocks and else, you will find moments of leisure and relax in the fine weather.

In the B&B rooms, with books on the shelves and scrapbooks to skim, you will find the atmosphere of an experienced house … “details” that make the difference between a “home” and a hotel.

What we wish to offer you is not only rooms, but anything surrounding us. It will be a pleasant surprise to wake up with the blackbird’s whistle and look out the terraces to admire the Adriatic, the Gran Sasso, the Majella, while the hoopoe pecks rapidly on the meadow. The surrounding land, the wood and the garden, rich in any sort of trees and colored by flowers in every season, will let you find again forgotten sensations.

After a day spent on the seaside or an excursion in the mountain parks, it will be nice to rest in the freshness of the hill before plunging again in the worldliness of nightlife.

The bed and breakfasts offer hospitality in double rooms (or twin rooms), in addition to a triple and a single room, all of them with en-suite bathroom. All rooms were designed in order to give all family members a lovely corner to live in, and they are equipped with curtains and mosquito nets at the windows, ceiling ventilator, electric shutters. They all provide Wi-Fi with free internet access and a TV, even if we suggest you to use the TV lounge where you’ll have the chance to meet some people. All bathrooms are provided with a tub and equipped with hairdryers and soaps, in addition to the standard toilet linen kit. For couples with children baby cots are also available (120 cm with barriers). Cleaning is made daily, bed sheets are changed in alternated days.

Suites

Suites include two twin rooms sharing a wide private porch overlooking the villas’ gardens and enjoying a broad view on the seaside; the rooms are divided by a common area where you can find the bathroom, pretty spacious and provided with double washbasin.

They are equipped with the same comforts as the rooms and offer a pleasant accommodation for families, especially in the warmer time of the year.

The “Nonna Delisca” apartment is named after the grandmother for whom it was designed and who lived there for many years. It is an independent 65 sq. metres ground floor apartment on the south east side of the villa, perfect for a couple or a family with four members. Provided with independent entrance, it has 3 rooms, each one with access to the terrace and the porch overlooking the gardens: a living room with fireplace and a double sofa bed; a kitchen-dining room equipped with dining table and 4 chairs, a cooker with 4 burners and oven, fridge, dishwasher; a double room with en-suite bathroom. All rooms have a ceiling ventilator.

Very bright and quiet, independent, practical, it guarantees privacy and peace. The apartment is equipped with kitchenware, table linen, dishes, china and glassware, bed linen and towels weekly changed. It is rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday (check in after 6 pm. , check out before 10 am.) and the price includes gas and electricity supply (except heating) and final cleaning service. No service is provided during the week, but if you feel like indulge yourself, you can book breakfast at the B&B with just a small extra.

Buffet breakfast is especially inviting... prepared with homemade products absolutely genuine and fresh, grown in our own farm or in other local establishments. You can choose among coffee, a wide selection of teas (black and green) and herb teas ... and also milk, yogurt, iced tea, juices – bottled and freshly squeezed when in season…(during the summer our Indian fig - prickly pear - juice is very appreciated). And again ... homemade pies and pastries, cookies, waffles, various kinds of bread and toast, butter and our homemade jams – 10 types at least, all of them absolutely genuine and without preservatives of any kind - a choice of cereals and fresh and dried fruit...
